Regional Roundtable

The SPARC Regional Roundtable is a standing monthly convening for SPARC Network partners
to stay aligned, informed, and connected as housing and homelessness systems evolve
across Oregon’s South Coast.

This is a space for shared awareness, coordination, and continuity,
not program oversight or operational direction.

When We Meet

The SPARC Regional Roundtable meets monthly on the third Thursday at noon.

All meetings are held virtually to ensure consistent access for partners
across Coos and Curry Counties.

Below are the scheduled meeting dates for 2026:

  • February 19th

  • March 19th

  • April 16th

  • May 21st

  • June 18th

  • July 16th

  • August 20th

  • September 17th

  • October 15th

  • November 19th

  • December 17th

The Regional Roundtable is designed to support regional alignment
during times of change and growth.

Each month, SPARC Network partners come together to:

  • Share high-level updates across shelter, housing, and services

  • Maintain continuity during funding and system transitions

  • Surface emerging regional trends, gaps, and pressure points

  • Stay connected to the broader housing continuum beyond individual programs

While specific topics vary month to month,
the focus remains on coordination, awareness, and shared problem solving across the network.

Who Participates

Regional Roundtables are open to SPARC Network partners, including organizations involved in:

  • Shelter and transitional housing

  • Affordable and workforce housing development

  • Supportive services and behavioral health

  • Outreach, navigation, and stabilization programs

  • Local and regional housing coordination efforts

Participation reflects SPARC’s commitment to collaboration with autonomy.
Partners engage at a level that aligns with their role and capacity.

Why This Matters

Housing systems are dynamic. Funding shifts, projects move through development phases,
seasons change, and community needs evolve.

The Regional Roundtable provides a consistent forum where partners can stay grounded
in the larger regional picture,
even as individual organizations focus on their day-to-day work.

This shared table helps prevent silos, reduces surprises, and strengthens collective capacity across
the housing continuum.
