About SPARC Network
Service Providers and Regional Connections (SPARC) is a collaborative network of community organizations designed to address homelessness and housing instability in rural communities like Coos and Curry Counties, Oregon. We are dedicated to strengthening the full housing continuum for the residents of the Southern Oregon Coast by creating and preserving affordable, sustainable, and stable housing opportunities. SPARC unites the housing continuum through connecting emergency shelters, transitional housing, permanent affordable housing, and workforce housing, with supportive services available at every level. SPARC creates a comprehensive Continuum of Care that fosters long-term stability and independence.
Our mission at SPARC is to establish a community-driven system connecting individuals to essential housing and supportive services, reducing homelessness and ensuring sustainable solutions.
By working together we envision a resilient, coordinated South Coast region where every individual and family has access to shelter, supportive services, and diverse housing options, advancing health, stability, and empowerment for all.
