Purpose of the Grant
The LTRA Program provides funding to support housing stability, homeless prevention, and related support services for eligible low-income households in Coos County, OR. Subrecipients will deliver eligible activities that align with program goals and comply with federal, state, and local requirements.
The intention of this program is to bridge the gap between households having to choose between rent or necessities like food & medicine, creating long-term stability and preventing them from re-entering homelessness. LTRA is designed as a Tenant-based structure with supportive, wrap-around case management.
